Job Title: Assembler Job Description This is a full-time, long-term position in the manufacturing of carpeted products for the automotive industry. Candidates will engage in loading and unloading materials and assemblies into presses, performing inspections, and producing formed and trimmed products. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs during material handling. Responsibilities + Load and unload materials and assemblies into presses. + Perform inspections of products and assemblies. + Produce formed and trimmed carpeted products. + Handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. + Work overtime and weekends as needed. + Consistently work six days a week. Essential Skills + Experience in manufacturing and production. + Proficiency in inspection, loading, trimming, and unloading processes. + Stable work history with at least 1-2 years at previous jobs. + Reliable attendance and punctuality. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. + Must be at least 18 years old. Why Work Here?
