Pinetop Country Club in Pinetop, Arizona is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Pizza cook, at a newly renovated clubhouse, brand new kitchen and dining facilities. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the club managed by Troon.Key Responsibilities:Prepares menu in accordance with club recipes, standards and quality in a timely manner. Notifies Chef of any shortages. Sets up, maintains and breaks down pizza station. Practices cleanliness throughout shift & cleans workstation when finishedKnow and execute recipe standards and specifications. Must operate in a safe manner at all times. Qualifications:High School diploma preferred. Obtain and maintain current food service certification.Basic knife skills to prep the station, basic pizza making skillsPrior experience working in the kitchen of a fine dining facility at a fast-paced environment preferred.Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist height. Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and stoopingMust be able to stand for extended periods. Will be exposed to hot and cold temperatures.
