[](Laborer** **Overview** We're looking for a reliable, safety-minded Skilled Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, learns quickly, and can adapt to a variety of tasks on a job site. You'll support daily operations, operate tools and equipment, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform general and specialized labor tasks as assigned, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation - Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively - Assist tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, or equipment operators - Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment - Follow all safety protocols, including PPE requirements and site procedures - Support project timelines by completing tasks efficiently and communicating progress or issues - Perform basic repairs, installations, or assembly work depending on project needs - Read and follow instructions, blueprints, or diagrams when required **Pay** - $25 per hour if working a job that's off base ```{=html} ``` - $40 per hour if doing work on a military base **Qualifications** - Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, maintenance, or related skilled labor preferred - Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods - Familiarity with common tools, equipment, and job-site safety practices - Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must pass a background check and have OSHA card
