Job Description:As a Hotel Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, personnel and it's patrons. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Patrol the property on foot, including multiple stairwellsMonitor for suspicious activity and report incidents or maintenance concernsRestrict unauthorized access and engage confidently with the publicMaintain a visible presence to reassure residents and guestsConduct routine checks of common areas, hallways, and hotel amenitiesRespond to guest concerns, disturbances, and emergenciesWrite clear, detailed daily activity and incident reportsEnsure all access points and restricted areas remain secureRequirements :Prior overnight or hotel security experience is a plusAbility to walk for extended periods and climb stairs regularlyStrong observational, communication, and de-escalation skillsProfessional and confident when addressing individuals or enforcing rulesExperience in residential, hospitality, or commercial security is helpfulLocal candidates strongly encouraged to applyBenefits :Career advancement opportunities through Signals career progression ladder.Opportunities for additional hours, overtime and premium pay rates.Health Insurance and other supplemental insurances.
