Overview The cleanliness of a hotel/resort spa is one of the main reasons that keep our guests returning to and recommending our hotels to friends and family. It goes without saying that hotel housekeeping team has one of the most important roles that take place in a hotel daily.We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our team as a Spa Attendant. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for our guests through their attention to detail and care they take in preparing and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Spa, Fitness, Locker Rooms, and Recreation areas. This role truly is the “Heart of the House” and provides key services for our guests to truly relax and enjoy their stay.BASIC FUNCTION: The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa, including Fitness Center, Locker Room Facilities, Service Rooms, Louges, Showers, and Restrooms, and property internal offices.Your Role:Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going wellWork as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanlinessWalk all areas of the Spa regularly to collect trash, and soiled linen.Pickup clean linen and refill the locker rooms as neededEnsure all amenities are well stocked and available for guest useClean all spa public, member, and guest areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures.Work with Housekeeping management to ensure necessary supplies are availableAlways respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCEHousekeeping experience within a spa / resort industry is desirable.Neat appearance and pleasant personality.Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time.Ability to communicate effectively.Basic knowledge of chemicals and their uses.Must have reliable transportation to and from work to meet scheduled shifts.Must be able to work early mornings, afternoon, or evening shifts.Must be able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends. Compensation RangeThe compensation for this position is $16.50/Hr. - $17.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
