Description We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support operations in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and prioritize an active calendar of appointments, ensuring the schedule aligns with organizational objectives. u2022 Coordinate the planning and execution of offsite meetings and departmental events. u2022 Arrange and oversee detailed travel plans, including itineraries and necessary documentation. u2022 Prepare accurate and confidential correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets. u2022 Organize and maintain secure files and records, ensuring accessibility and compliance. u2022 Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to relay pertinent information. u2022 Conduct floor walks to monitor progress and address operational issues, reporting findings to leadership. u2022 Collaborate with Operations Directors to audit and update departmental boards and schedules. u2022 Utilize analytical tools and Excel to maintain and update operational KPIs. u2022 Ensure all assigned tasks are completed promptly and with minimal supervision. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative role. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. u2022 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Strong written and verbal communication abilities. u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. u2022 High level of tact, initiative, and sound judgment. u2022 Comfortable interacting with all levels of management and external clients. u2022 Demonstrates a detail-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
