We are looking for dependable, professional officers who take pride in their work and can adapt to various site assignments.Responsibilities• Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, and assigned areas.• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.• Observe and report signs of crime, disturbances, or suspicious activity.• Respond to incidents and work closely with dispatch to resolve issues.• Protect property from theft, vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized entry.• Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.• Patrol building interiors and perimeters to ensure client safety.• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.• Perform duties professionally and in accordance with post orders.Required Qualifications• Active BSIS Guard Card• Baton Permit (BSIS-approved)• Pepper Spray/OC Certification• CPR Certification• Must be at least 26 years old (required for driving assignments)• Clean driving record (MVR will be reviewed)• Reliable transportation• Ability to work various shifts, including nights/weekends if needed• Strong communication and customer service skills• Ability to write clear and accurate reports• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periodsPreferred Skills• Experience in rover, patrol, or event security• Ability to adapt quickly to different site environments• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
