Weu2019re seeking a driven and talented Senior Planner/Scheduler in New York, New York to support our Programs. As a key member of our New York support team, youu2019ll be interacting with engineering and construction to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact Program schedules. You will also analyze CPM schedules and recommend workarounds and schedule improvements.Join us and we will assist you in continuing the development of your skills and exploring all that you can do across our global company, with opportunities to share your knowledge along the way.#LI-HA1 At least 10+ years of Planning / Scheduling experienceu2022 Degree in a related fieldu2022 A thorough understanding of building construction, timelines, and practicesu2022 Primavera (P6) experience, including resource and cost loading, managing stored periods, generating Earned Value reports as well as graphic and tabular progress reportsu2022 Constructability and value engineering analysis experience with regard to schedulesu2022 Claims analysis and change order experienceu2022 Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)u2022 Good working knowledge of MS Excel: Table (Vlookup, Index, Filtering, Data manipulation & summarization) and Excel FunctionsIdeally, youu2019llalsohaveu2022 Ability to develop cost / schedule analysis presentations both graphically, written, and verbally.u2022 Excellent communication skills and understanding of technical terminologyu2022 A good business acumen and a desire to get involved in other aspects of our business (project oversight, business development etc.)u2022 On site presence, tele-working not permittedu2022 Proven planning & scheduling thinking and approach (Not a P6 Admin)Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
