Quality Inspector u2013 Manufacturing (2nd Shift) 5:00 PM u2013 1:30 AM (30-minute lunch included) Adecco is looking for a Manufacturing Quality Inspector to join our team in Bloomingdale, IL. This role supports the manufacturing of instruments, components, and cases/trays by performing receiving, in-process, and final inspections. The Quality Inspector ensures products meet specifications through accurate measurement, documentation, and adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities + Perform inspections using standard measurement and inspection tools + Review blueprints and verify accurate measurements and documentation + Approve first article and first piece inspections when required + Assist with corrective action activities and quality improvement efforts + Support supervisors, quality inspectors, and quality engineers as needed + Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards + Train other team members once proficiency is demonstrated + Assist in other production areas as needed Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus + 1u20132 years of experience in a manufacturing environment + Knowledge of inspection methods and blueprint reading + Previous quality experience preferred + ASQ CQI certification preferred or willingness to obtain + Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges This position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
