Description We are looking for a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team in Ocean County, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position that requires someone who is detail oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills, to assist with administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to prospective and current residents while ensuring the property is presented in its best condition. Responsibilities: u2022 Welcome visitors, prospective tenants, and current residents with a friendly and detail oriented demeanor. u2022 Provide accurate and detailed information to potential and current residents regarding leasing options and property features. u2022 Maintain and organize property-related documents and files. u2022 Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient. u2022 Collaborate with the maintenance team to coordinate resident work orders and address service needs. u2022 Update and manage the property waitlist, including sending out necessary correspondence. u2022 Conduct daily property tours to ensure the premises are clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing. u2022 Handle inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries and schedule appointments. u2022 Support email correspondence and data entry tasks to maintain accurate records. u2022 Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support property operations.
