Description We are looking for a motivated Staff Accountant to join our team in Gardner, Massachusetts. You will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to the efficiency of our accounting processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Assist with journal entries, month end close, and reconciliations u2022 Preform end to end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking. u2022 Provide assistance with audits, payroll, and process improvements. Requirements u2022 Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. u2022 Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and financial reconciliations. u2022 Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. u2022 Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. u2022 Excellent organizational and time-management skills. u2022 Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
