In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers, making outbound calls to convert warm leads into sales-qualified opportunities. You'll gain hands-on experience in the sales process, working closely with our team to understand customer needs and effectively communicate our solutions. Under direct supervision, assists with the development and building of a strong digital solutions sales pipeline. Completes research on potential client leads and shares information with sales team members to ensure client enrollments and sales successes. Pay Range Minimum: $18.63 Pay Range Maximum: $34.79 Additional Compensation: All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
