Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Physical Therapist to support fighter squadrons within the Air Force Human Performance program at Shaw AFB, SC, Moody AFB, GA, and Eielson AFB, AK. This PT will work directly with fighter pilots to deliver preu2011 and postu2011flight assessments, corrective exercises, and rehabilitation aimed at reducing the impacts of high Gu2011forces, particularly neck and back pain. In this role, the PT operates at the pointy end of the spear, intervening early to prevent minor issues from turning into significant injuries that could remove pilots from flight status. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of human performance professionals, including strength coaches, athletic trainers, and massage therapists. The PT will serve as the primary provider at their assigned base, building trust with pilots and squadron leadership to keep aircrew in the aircraft and missionu2011ready. Documentation is completed in the Genesis EMR system under medical supervision, with a caseload of approximately 4u20135 pilots per day. This is a fullu2011time, Mondayu2013Friday role with no onu2011call duties, supporting a longu2011term, secondu2011generation Air Force contract.
