Clark The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the administrative and technical management of Clark projects, serving as the primary point person who steers each project toward success. We are specifically looking for a leader with established relationships and a proven track record of delivering healthcare projects in the PNW. The ideal candidate will share our passion for getting the job done and be eager to grow into a Market Sector Lead for Healthcare, playing a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the region. Responsibilities + Supervise all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule. + Have thorough knowledge of companyu2019s contracts and understanding of all parties involved + Secure all required permits and verify insurance coverage for subs + Schedule and facilitate all project meetings required to successfully coordinate work activity + Supervise and manage project team members + Train and develop direct reports utilizing on the job and internal and external training or development opportunities + Have thorough knowledge of all major project issues and priorities; prepare and submit monthly job status reports + Provide general administrative and technical leadership for the project. Maintain all project records and monitor correspondence + Supervise close out of project + Develop and maintain positive working relationships with counterparts at owner and engineering firms + Participate in proposals and presentations as requested Basic Qualifications + Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline or relevant work experience + 5-9+ years of construction experience required; working for a general contractor on large scale healthcare construction projects is required. + 3+ years leading, developing and motivating teams on healthcare projects + Understanding of the strategic, operational and financial components of a construction project + Ability to make timely and effective decisions + Experience managing healthcare projects successfully from start to finish + Skilled at developing and negotiating relationships with owners and trade contractors + Strong work ethic, leadership and the ability to work in a fast paced environment + Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: self-motivated, results oriented, adaptable, team player, accountable, ethical, innovative, resilient, builds relationships, builds people/teams and followership, sets direction and executes Preferred Qualifications + Primavera P6, SAP (or some other financial system), Procore, Microsoft Excel + DBIA and LEED Accreditation _The work environment and requirements described below are representative of those necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role._ _The Physical Side of the Role_ _: This is an active, hands-on role. You can expect to be on your feet frequently, navigating active job sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists. The work is physically demanding and requires a full range of motion, including bending, kneeling, and reaching. Youu2019ll need to be comfortable frequently lifting and carrying materials up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, as well as visual acuity for reading plans and inspecting work. The role does include desk time in the office that may require prolonged periods of sitting for tasks like computer work, document review, and meetings._ _Your Work Environment:_ _Youu2019ll spend a significant amount of your time on active construction sites, which means being adaptable to all kinds of weather and moderate to loud noise levels, and comfortable in elevated or confined work areas with moving mechanical equipment and with the fast-paced nature of a project in progress. You will also spend time in a typical office setting with moderate noise levels. For this role the base salary range is $110,000-175,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidateu2019s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
