Join us and become an integral part of our winning team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAccount Development: Expand and cultivate existing accounts while establishing new ones to drive sales growthSales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-makingMarket Analysis: Analyze market segments to identify opportunities for growth and developmentSales Planning: Strategically plan daily activities using CRM and a structured call frequency system to optimize sales opportunitiesCustomer Engagement: Conduct sales promotions, educational meetings, and lead generation activities to foster strong customer relationships. Customize sales presentations driven to increase customers annual salesPrice Management: Recommend pricing changes within established guidelines based on market dynamics and competitive analysisProblem Resolution: Address customer complaints promptly, investigate issues, and recommend solutions to ensure customer satisfactionSales Administration: Maintain thorough sales records, including customer profiles and territory/account sales recordsQualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferredExperience: 3+ years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industryLanguage: Bilingual (Spanish) is a plusIndustry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the building products industry and sales management experience in dealer, distribution, and/or two-step channel segmentsSkills: Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills essentialCompetitive Awareness: General knowledge of major competitive brands within the industryTechnical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPointTime Management: Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectivelyInterpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a high level of integrity and personal motivationAdaptability and Flexibility: Being adaptable and open to new ways of working is crucial.
