This role also provides outreach to schools, healthcare providers and community organizations to increase program awareness and participation. _Responsibilities_ + Serves as expert resource on New Song and HOVu2019s Bereavement programs. + Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships. + Implements expanded programming that supports New Song bereavement programs. + Provides community education and outreach. + Facilitates evening family support groups as needed. + Provides quality departmental administrative support. + Maintains professional knowledge and enhances professional skills. + Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct. _Minimum Qualifications_ + High School diploma. + Previous community engagement experience. + Minimum two yearsu2019 customer service experience; preferably in healthcare. + Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driveru2019s license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile. _Preferred Qualifications_ + Previous experience with child/family grief and loss program. + Project management experience. + Knowledge of grief and loss relating to children and families and bereavement theory for children and adults.
