Champion a values-driven organizational culture that reflects the companys mission and vision, supported by a clear and consistent internal communications strategy. Direct the preparation, execution, and delivery of the companys annual operating plans and financial budgets; ensure adequate resourcing and alignment with both short- and long-term goals. Ensure exceptional performance in health, safety, and environmental practices, maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Partner closely with the Chief Financial Officer to conduct disciplined financial planning and analysis rooted in sound business assumptions, aimed at maximizing shareholder value. Identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement and strategic growth both organically and through M&A or joint ventures. Set and achieve operational, commercial, and ESG performance targets. Oversee the optimal allocation of human, financial, and physical assets, while supporting the definition and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs). Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and competitive dynamics. Act as a catalyst for innovation, introducing new tools, systems, and best practices to enhance business performance. Represent the company as its primary corporate ambassador, building strong relationships and maintaining credibility with shareholders, customers, employees, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Ensure the organization has the leadership pipeline and talent infrastructure needed to support future growth. Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams while cultivating succession for critical roles. ***Position is 100% remote. Position requires 20% domestic and international travel.
