We offer a competitive compensation package.Job SummaryThis position is full-time on site clerical/administrative support of project management and field teams.Must be available to routinely work overtime. Must have scheduling flexibility. Must be available to start work at 7:00 am Monday - Friday. Responsibilities and DutiesAdministration and information management.Assists project managers and field leadership with P1 processes and procedures.Onsite planning and coordination. Other administrative support as needed.Qualifications and SkillsEducation: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. An Associates Degree is preferred but not required. Experience: At least 3 years of full-time administrative assistant related work experience is required. Previous construction industry experience is preferred but not required.Must be available to routinely work overtime. Must have scheduling flexibility. Must be available to start work at 7:00 am Monday - puter Skills: Accurate typing skills and proficient in using database, email, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing applications: specifically, Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows); willing to learn new software applications.Customer Service: manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets munication: good oral and written communication skills.Able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy.Fast and accurate data entry skills - very important.Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.Good reasoning ability and be able to quickly problem solve and resolve issues.Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen.Must be able to satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check. Must be able to meet P1 qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid drivers license. Must have access to drive a well maintained vehicle. Must have up to date registration with the local Department of Motor Vehicles.
