Leasing ConsultantPratum Companies is looking for Leasing Consultant in the Washington DC area. This is an affordable housing and Tax Credit property which requires all tenants to meet certain income requirements. The ideal candidate will have understanding of affordable housing, Tax Credit certification and fair housing regulations. This position may be eligible to receive discretionary and/or performance-based bonuses on a spot or annual basis, which are variable depending on individual merit/performance, budgetary limitations, company performance, and other job-related factors. This non-exempt role will be eligible for overtime for all hours worked in excess of 40 per week.
