Here's what you'll need Bachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringPE license in Nevada (or ability to obtain via reciprocity)15+ years of experience in bridge design and constructionExpertise in multiple structure types: precast concrete, steel, widenings, rehabilitationsExperience managing large, multidisciplinary bridge projectsStrong communication, leadership, and team-building skillsDeep knowledge of AASHTO LRFD, FHWA guidelines, and state-specific standardsWillingness to travel occasionallyIdeally, you'll also have:20+ years of experience with public sector and alternative delivery projects (DB, CM/GC, CMAR, P3)Existing relationships with Nevada DOT or similar agenciesExperience leading design teams and contributing to strategic growth initiatives Posted Salary Range: Minimum 126,500.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 221,500.00 Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
