We are looking for a Service Leader F&B (Bartender) to join our team! Job Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to company standards. Recommend beverages based on guests preferences and promote signature drinks. Ensure consistent service quality and resolve guest issues promptly. Set up and close the bar, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in proper condition. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area following hygiene standards. Monitor and control inventory of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies. Ensure compliance with licensing laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Job Requirements Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel or highend establishment. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership qualities with a team-player mindset. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
