RESPONSIBILITIES: The Building Services Technician is responsible for performing duties necessary for cleaning and maintaining assigned facilities. These duties constitute a combination of jobs which vary depending on the work schedule and areas assigned. The incumbent may be assigned to work in residence halls or education and general buildings on campus.REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma/GED equivalent or four years general work experience. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Good physical condition. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Custodial experience and additional education.
