We’re supporting a major financial services provider in hiring an Onboarding Analyst to sit within their Managed Services team, working closely with an Investment Management firm. This role is centred on onboarding and KYC activities, with a particular focus on bank loan and derivatives onboarding workflows. It’s a fast-paced, client-facing environment requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.You’ll act as a key point of contact for client onboarding and regulatory data processes, supporting Bayview with end-to-end KYC reviews, interpreting documentation and ensuring high-quality delivery across a portfolio of requests. The role combines client engagement, operational oversight and process optimisation within a regulatory services setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritise incoming onboarding and KYC requests, ensuring timely and accurate completionLead on bank loan and derivatives onboarding reviews, interpreting financial/legal documentation and resolving data gapsMaintain strong client relationships, handling queries and providing regular progress updatesCoordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver against agreed service levelsPrepare project trackers, support client meetings, and communicate milestones and challenges clearlyIdentify opportunities for workflow improvements and contribute to ongoing process refinementRapidly learn and apply proprietary technology and client-specific business line requirementsRequirements1 - 2 years’ experience in a regulatory, KYC, onboarding or wider financial services operations roleExposure to derivatives or bank loan documentation is strongly preferredFamiliarity with KYC constitutional documents and onboarding processesExcellent project management, analytical and problem-solving capabilityStrong communication skills with confidence in managing client expectationsAbility to work under pressure and manage conflicting prioritiesHighly organised with meticulous attention to detailStrong Excel and general Microsoft Office proficiencyBenefits12-month contract, with the view for extension or permanent internalisation with the end client.Hybrid role, with 2 - 3 days a week in the office.Paying between $40,000 - $50,000 per annum.
