This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment and wants to use their marketing expertise to drive measurable results that truly make a difference.You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels with a primary focus on customer acquisition, conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS). You'll collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams, while playing a key role in scaling our paid media efforts and brand presence.Key Responsibilities:Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, and emerging platforms.Optimize campaign performance to meet and exceed KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CAC.Work closely with the creative team to guide ad content development and perform ongoing A/B testing on messaging, visuals, and formats.Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and regular performance reports.Manage budgets efficiently and forecast spend based on growth goals and performance trends.Oversee the entire paid funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention.Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitive activity to stay ahead.Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed.Qualifications:3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a DTC or eCommerce setting.Demonstrated success managing six-figure monthly budgets and achieving strong campaign performance.Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising tools.Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and attribution models.Familiarity with CRO best practices and landing page optimization.Self-starter with excellent communication and project management abilities.Passion for mission-driven work, particularly in health or safety-related industries, is a plus.Benefits & Perks:Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (Suffolk County, Long Island)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchGenerous paid time off (PTO) and holidaysPurpose-driven culture focused on making a meaningful impact
