Works under general supervision and reports to a Team Leader and/or Manager.Achieve superior customer service and claim handling at the most reasonable cost/efficiency by completing essential claim adjudication tasks including denying, settling, or requesting payments for claims based on coverage and proof of loss.]Information about the Role, Line of Business and Team: Provide excellent claim call center service and support to Travel Insured customers and travel agents as well as supporting claim unit personnel to achieve unit service goals.What you will do:Provide daily phone coverage for the Claims 800 number to service and support Travel Insured customers and travel agentsAssist customers by setting up claim first notices, advising on requirements for a complete submission of required documents and the process for sending applicable claim forms by email and/or mailProvide accurate and timely answers to routine claim inquiries with appropriate notations in all appropriate TII systemsDocument complex inquiries and claim status calls and forward to the appropriate claim unit memberMeet and exceed Key Performance Indicators, including department objectives and service levelsProvide professional and continuous feedback to management on global training needsServe as a member of the disaster recovery call center teamPerform other related duties as needed to fulfill job and unit needsServe as a customer advocate in all interactions to provide an outstanding Customer ExperienceWhat YOU will bring to C&F:Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service. Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $26,900 to a maximum of $50,600. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
