We offer single-source facilities services solutions, including engineering, design, installation, repair, maintenance and operations for commercial real estate, financial, healthcare, technology, educational, and industrial facilities.New England Mechanical Services is currently seeking a CT licensed plumber (P2) with 3-5 years of experience for our South Windsor, CT Mechanical Group. This opportunity requires a self-motivated individual with commercial plumbing, heating, and gas piping experience.Individuals with HVAC piping background are encouraged to apply.An additional pressure boiler pipefitting license is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication and written skills preferred.Some overtime is required.#nemsiKeep trade licenses and certifications current.Attend all safety training provided and/or sponsored by NEMSI.Interact with the client in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and neat appearance.Flexible to work overtime and weekends as demand requires.Other duties may be assigned.Must hold a current CT P-2 license.While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear, smell and lift, set-up and climb ladders as well as stairways. The employee is frequently required to stand and occasionally sit. The employee must regularly lift and /or move various weight ranges such as 0-50 lbs. frequently, 51-100 lbs. occasionally and 101 plus seldom. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
