Description We are looking for a PART TIME dedicated Medical Front Desk Specialist to join our team in Jupiter, Florida. This is a contract position requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth front office operations and delivering exceptional service to patients. Responsibilities: u2022 Welcome patients and visitors warmly while maintaining a detail-oriented approach. u2022 Handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying information and collecting copays. u2022 Manage scheduling for patient appointments to ensure optimal organization and time management. u2022 Perform receptionist duties such as answering phones, addressing inquiries, and managing correspondence. u2022 Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with medical office standards. u2022 Assist in coordinating front office activities to support clinical staff and ensure seamless operations. u2022 Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors. u2022 Utilize basic medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff. u2022 Uphold business casual standards with scrubs as the required attire. u2022 Address any patient concerns or issues promptly and with attention to detail. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in a medical front office or similar role. u2022 Proficiency in patient scheduling and managing appointment systems. u2022 Strong knowledge of receptionist duties and front desk operations. u2022 Familiarity with basic medical terminology. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. u2022 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. u2022 High level of organization and attention to detail. u2022 Neat appearance and adherence to business casual dress code.
