Our client, a reputable financial institution, is seeking a Full Time Member Service Specialist to join their team. As a Full Time Member Service Specialist, you will be part of the Member Services department supporting customer engagement and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Full Time Member Service Specialist Location: Ishpeming, MI Pay Range: $19.00 per Hour Shift: Full time, primarily M-F schedule 8AM-5PM, sometimes working until 6PM What's the Job? + Manage account openings and closures, including trusts, power of attorney, estates, and business accounts, while reviewing online membership applications. + Answer and direct incoming phone calls to ensure excellent member communication. + Assist members with safe deposit box services and process wire transfers efficiently. + Review and post remote deposit captures, ensuring accuracy and security. + Help members resolve account issues, educate them on credit union products and services, and provide backup support for tellers. What's Needed? + High School Diploma or equivalent. + One year of business or customer service experience. + Exceptional customer service skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong sense of personal integrity. + Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. + Willingness to work primarily at the Ishpeming location, with potential to work out of the Marquette location based on business needs.
