Description We are looking for a skilled Operations Controller to join a dynamic gaming and hospitality company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is pivotal in overseeing casino/ gaming operational processes and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of gaming activities. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee document control processes to maintain accuracy and compliance across operational records. u2022 Manage the scanning and digitization of documents to ensure easy access and secure storage. u2022 Review and compile operational documents to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and enhance operational efficiency. u2022 Analyze gaming operations data and prepare detailed reports for management. u2022 Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies. u2022 Develop and implement strategies for improving inventory and resource management. u2022 Monitor and optimize financial performance within gaming operations. u2022 Provide leadership and guidance to team members to support their growth in attention to detail. u2022 Coordinate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
