Principal Duties/Responsibilities: u00b7 Ensure all equipment is operating safely. u00b7 Perform all necessary inspections and report all deviations to management. u00b7 Perform all PMu2019s and track service calls as required. u00b7 Adjust settings to maintain safe and efficient operation of Stationary equipment. u00b7 Keep records of all spare parts and inventory levels, gaskets, chemicals, pumps, etc. u00b7 Perform any added training necessary to maintain licenses or newer technology. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required: u00b7 High School diploma/GED required and 4 years of related experience. u00b7 Stationary Engineer license required with proof of certification. u00b7 Experience with building automation systems including pneumatic and electronic controls. u00b7 Knowledge and experience of Boiler System, Ammonia and Freon Chillers, Air Compressors, Glycol and AHU cooling systems, Fire protection system, Air Handling system, Waste Water system and Hot oil system. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to use close vision and color vision. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud. In the factory environment, the employee may be exposed to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery factory floors. u200b ATS believes in fair and equitable pay.
