Job DescriptionOffice Manager - Operations & Customer ServiceCompany: Precision Garage Door ServicesLocation: Little Rock, ARFLSA Classification: ExemptPosition SummaryThe Office Manager - Operations & Customer Service is responsible for overseeing and performing daily office operations while providing hands-on operational leadership in a fast-paced home services environment. This role ensures scheduling accuracy, administrative efficiency, technician support, and consistent execution of company procedures.Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Oversee and perform daily office operations, administrative workflows, and internal systems• Oversee and perform scheduling coordination, dispatch support, job documentation, and customer record management• Oversee and perform invoicing support, job close-out accuracy, and administrative quality control• Oversee and perform coordination between office staff, technicians, and management• Oversee and perform resolution of escalated customer complaints and service issues• Oversee and perform training, coaching, and operational accountability for office staffRequired Qualifications• Experience as an Office Manager or Operations Manager• Strong organizational and process-management skills• Ability to lead and execute in a high-volume service environmentPreferred Qualifications• Home services or trade industry experience• Familiarity with scheduling, Service Titan and Microsoft 365FLSA StatementThis position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
