Responsibilities: •Oversee the day-to-day operations of the therapy office. •Provide exceptional customer service to parents, children, and staff. •Answer and manage phone calls, scheduling, and inquiries. •Maintain accurate records, documents, and appointment schedules. •Ensure the office remains well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies. •Assist therapists with administrative tasks and support. •Coordinate billing, payments, and insurance-related matters as needed. •Greet and assist families with a professional and friendly demeanor. Qualifications: • Experience in office management, healthcare, or a therapy-related setting preferred. •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. •Ability to work well with children and families in a professional setting. • Proficient in handling phone calls, scheduling, and administrative duties. •Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of insurance processes and medical billing is a plus.
