This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring materials are properly identified and routed, and supporting production flow. Secondary responsibilities include limited shipping and material movement activities as business needs require. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.You Will:Receiving & Inventory Control (Primary Focus)Receive all incoming materials, components, and finished goods in accordance with established proceduresInspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with purchase orders and documentationUnpack, label, and properly identify materials using RPO standardsAccurately process all receiving transactions in the Epicor ERP systemRoute and/or deliver materials to appropriate departments and production areasMaintain inventory accuracy through proper put-away, FIFO control, and daily cycle countsIdentify, segregate, and communicate issues related to shortages, damage, or non-conforming materialMaintain organized and clearly labeled warehouse and receiving areasMaterial Handling & Production SupportPick, kit, and deliver materials to manufacturing areas as neededReturn completed parts, WIP, excess, or non-conforming materials back to inventoryUnload delivery vehicles using carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts (as trained)Proactively support production needs by ensuring materials are available and visible in the systemShipping Support (Secondary)Assist with packing and shipping of finished goods as requiredEnsure customer-specific packaging and documentation requirements are metHelp schedule shipments with UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL carriers, and local delivery servicesMaintain shipping and receiving recordsGeneral ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with production, purchasing, quality, and management regarding material status or issuesTroubleshoot receiving, inventory, or system discrepancies to resolutionFollow all safety, quality, ITAR, and regulatory requirementsYou Have:High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory control within a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of receiving processes, material flow, and inventory accuracyExperience working with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and basic computer applicationsHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to lift 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periodsForklift or powered industrial truck experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)You Are:Detail-Driven: Accuracy matters to you, and you take pride in doing it right the first timeProcess-Focused: You follow procedures and look for ways to improve themAccountable: You own your work and understand its impact on productionProblem-Solving: You proactively identify and resolve issuesTeam-Oriented: Reliable, flexible, and willing to support where neededA U.S. Person: Compliant with ITAR, EAR and other laws and regulations as defined: “U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents ("Green Card" holders), persons granted refugee status or asylum status in the United States, or temporary residents granted amnesty.”You Will Enjoy:Growth: Opportunities to learn, cross-train, and advance your careerWealth: Competitive compensation and 401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceBalance: 11 paid holidays, generous paid vacation and sick time.Culture: An energetic, caring, fun, value-driven team.Environment & Physical Demands:Combination of warehouse, manufacturing floor, and office environmentRegular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting to 50lbsOccasional use of personal protective equipment on the manufacturing floorReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Disclaimer:This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
