This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-functioning properties.The right candidate will be mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and able to work outdoors in all seasons while supporting our maintenance and property management team.Key Responsibilities Perform general property and grounds maintenance Assist with apartment turnovers and move-in/move-out preparation Support maintenance technicians with repairs and installations Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, basements, and exterior grounds Handle trash removal, snow removal, and seasonal cleanup Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Assist with landscaping and exterior upkeep Ensure work areas are safe, clean, and organized Follow instructions from the maintenance supervisor and property manager Requirements Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Basic mechanical or construction knowledge preferred Experience in maintenance, labor, or trades is a plus Valid driver’s license preferred Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow into higher-level maintenance tasks Ideal Candidate Traits Handy and mechanically inclined Dependable and punctual Takes pride in physical work Comfortable with tools and equipment Works efficiently without constant supervision Respects tenants and maintains professional conduct Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay from $20/hour Attractive Benefits Package PTO, sick time, and paid holidays Supportive, down-to-earth work environment with a small, capable team
