What Youu2019ll Do As a Skilled Laborer, youu2019ll play a key role in our concrete production operations, helping build highu2011quality products from the ground up. Your daily work will include: + ?ufe0f Assembling structures using hand & power tools + ? Loading and unloading materials + u2699ufe0f Assisting with plant equipment setup + ? Participating in concrete production processes + ? Following all safety protocols to maintain a safe job site u2714ufe0f What You Bring + Strong experience with hand and power tools + Ability to use measuring tools accurately + General labor experience in construction or production + Spanish communication skills + Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently u2b50 Preferred Experience (Not required u2014 but a big plus) + Construction or heavy industrial manufacturing experience + Mechanical or packaging process knowledge + Experience with tape measures, tools, or general production tasks ?
