u00b7 Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility, including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space, and heart-of-the-house areas u00b7 Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment u00b7 Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including, but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work u00b7 Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs u00b7 Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention u00b7 Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms u00b7 Perform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, u00b7 Perform cleaning tasks and special projects including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays, etc. as needed u00b7 Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed What are we looking for?
