Job Title: Maintenance Technician $35-37/hr Job Description + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on metal manufacturing equipment including presses, cranes, welding bays, and paint booths. + Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance. + Maintain office spaces, production areas, public areas, and production equipment. + Keep track of and report on maintenance activities. + Plan maintenance schedules for building systems. + Experience in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, CMMS, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and automation. + 3+ years of maintenance mechanic experience. + Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
