Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Fire Alarm Tech for one of our Government Contractors. Under direction of THE Project Manager, the Fire Alarm Technician facilitates the repair and maintenance of all fire alarm systems. Provide the daily maintenance operations and activities for all assigned facilities. Receive and evaluate work orders and requests, investigation when appropriate and complete necessary repairs. u2003u2022 Timely and cost-effective performance of duties. u2003u2022 Working with the Facility Supervisor to outline work to be completed, after which technician is expected to work independently. Guidelines include those established by the Facility Supervisor, Operations Management, manufacturer handbooks, NEC/NFPA/UFC codes, and engineering diagrams appropriate to the trade. u2003u2022 Dealing with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner. u2003u2022 Adherence to established safety policies and good industrial and office safety practices. u2003u2022 Compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures and personnel policies and procedures. u2003u2022 Having the ability to work well under pressure. 40 hour work week.
