JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Rader School of Business (RSOB) at the MilwaukeeSchool of Engineering (MSOE) invites applications for a full-timefaculty position in Finance and Accounting at the Assistant or AssociateProfessor level. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative educator who ispassionate about preparing the next generation of technically skilled,ethically grounded business leaders. Ideal candidates will bringexpertise in finance accounting and analytics/financial technology(FinTech) and share our excitement about how artificial intelligence istransforming the future of business decision-making. As part of a small,collaborative, and forward-thinking department, you will play a key rolein shaping the growth of our Accounting and Finance programs, workingclosely with faculty across business, engineering, and computing. Key Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and graduatecourses in Finance and Accounting with enthusiasm, creativity, and afocus on applied, hands-on learning. Contribute to curriculumdevelopment, particularly in areas integrating Al, analytics, anddata-driven financial decision-making. Engage in continuous professionaldevelopment to remain current in the discipline and emergingtechnologies. Conduct scholarly and professional activities aligned withyour interests and MSOE9s mission of excellence in teaching andlearning. Provide meaningful service through participation indepartment, university, and accreditation initiatives, helping toadvance RSOB's reputation for innovation and character-centerededucation. Qualifications Ph.D. or DBA in Finance, Accounting, or aclosely related field (ABD candidates nearing completion considered).Evidence of teaching excellence and the ability to engage and inspirestudents. Commitment to integrating emerging technologies, especiallyAl, analytics, or data visualization, into teaching and research.Professional experience, certification (CPA, CMA, CFA), or practitionerengagement is highly desirable.
