This position supports clientmanagement and growth, as well as planning, coordination and executionof executive education programs in the College of BusinessAdministration. The Program Coordinator will assist with professionaldevelopment program logistics, financial management, communications,scheduling and relationship management with both faculty and clients.Working closely with the Director and Assistant Director, this positionensures the smooth day-to-day operation of executive educationofferings, contributing to business development, curriculum delivery,and strategic initiatives that align with the college's goals. Dutiesand Responsibilities 1. Lead end-to-end operational planning andexecution for executive education programs, serving as the primary pointof contact for program delivery from pre-launch preparation throughpost-program wrap-up and evaluation. 2. Collaborate with administrativestaff to coordinate logistics for program delivery, including venueselection and resource allocation. 3. Direct complex logistics forhigh-impact program delivery, partnering with faculty, programdirectors, external vendors, and university stakeholders to select andsecure optimal venues, audiovisual/technology resources, instructionalmaterials, and other critical elements that enhance participantexperience and program outcomes. 4. Manage program budgets and financialperformance, including developing forecasts, monitoring expendituresagainst approved budgets, analyzing variances, preparing financialreports, and overseeing procurement processes (e.g., invoices, payments,purchase orders, wire transfers, P-card/iExpense reconciliation) toensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with program goals. 5.Oversee event preparation and execution; proactively identify andmitigate logistical risks to ensure seamless on-site execution forexecutive-level audiences. 6. Coordinate the development, production,and timely distribution of high-quality program materials, includingcustom curricula, participant packets, digital resources, name badges,and e aluation tools, ensuring alignment with branding, learningobjectives, and faculty requirements. 7. Manage catering and hospitalityservices strategically, collaborating with vendors to design menus andexperiences that meet diverse dietary needs, cultural considerations,and executive standards while optimizing costs and participantsatisfaction. 8. Prepare internal and inter-College meeting agendas andminutes, event materials, and presentations. 9. Drive continuousimprovement by collecting and analyzing post-program feedback,operational data, and lessons learned to inform future programenhancements and contribute to the Executive Education unit's strategicobjectives. 10. Ensure full compliance with university policies,procedures, and regulatory requirements across all program activities,while proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes andenhance operational efficiency. 11. Support EMBA program on occasion asneeded. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High School diploma anda minimum of 3 years of related experience Data reporting and projectcoordination experience Strong organization, time & project managementand communication (written, interpersonal & oral) skills Ability to workindependently Attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Suite(PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Experience with video conference platforms(e.g., Teams, Zoom) Preferred Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAssociate's degree in business, administrative or project support, orrelated field Learning Management Systems
