Job Number: R0233990 Deployable Project Manager The Opportunity: Support the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager by leading the PMO to facilitate communication among deployed sites and PMO leadership, ensuring accurate reporting and swift resolution. Validate activities against the PWS to ensure all contract deliverables or oversight requirements are being met. Assist with program site surveys, program evaluations, and documentation reviews to verify adherence to U.S. government, contractor, and host nation standards. Provide relief coverage as a qualified Site Manager when needed, helping maintain the operational requirement. Oversee End Use Monitoring (EUM)procedures and ensure accurate data tracking and reporting. Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)and policyguidance that align with mission requirements. Engage with customers directly to address data calls. Ensure program compliance with Booz Allen policies. You Have: * 3+ years of experience in project support or management and analytics * Experience supporting program operations in resource-constrained environments * Experience managing teams and different stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones * Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Ability to analyze data, develop recommendations, and produce actionable products and deliverables, including teamwide SOPs * Ability to be proactive, pay strict attention to detail, and work independently to meet project deadlines * Ability to travel OCONUS to austere locations in South Asia up to 25% of the time to support remote teams * Secret clearance * HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: * Experience with client management * Experience with corporate policy and procedure adherence * Experience with DoD policies and procedures, and International Trade Compliance regulations * Experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) * Experience with DoD or Air Force organizations * Experience serving in the military * Ability to de-conflict and manage competing requirements * Ability to synthesize data, analysis, and outcomes into executive-level briefings * Possession of excellent presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills * Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Secret clearance is required.
