The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is hiring full-time Guest Room Attendants / Housekeepers to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and creating exceptional guest experiences in luxury and high-profile facilities. Guest Room Attendant OverviewGuest Room Attendants are responsible for ensuring guest rooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained to luxury brand standards. This role plays an essential part in creating a comfortable, welcoming environment and delivering exceptional guest service. Overtime is available.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed room cleaning tasks such as making beds, replacing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting furnishings, and maintaining overall room cleanliness.Confirm that rooms are fully cleaned, stocked, and presented according to required brand standards.Promptly identify and report any room status discrepancies or maintenance issues to the supervisor to ensure a smooth guest experience.Respond to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.Maintain a friendly, positive attitude throughout your shift.Function as a role model for fellow The Burks Companies' employees. QualificationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide proof of eligibility.Age 21+.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, crouching, and standing for extended periods).Must be able to work with a variety of housekeeping tools and cleaning chemicals while following all safety and sanitation guidelines. Strong customer service skills.Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.All positions are subject to background checks and employment verification. Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Six months of housekeeping experience is a plus. ScheduleFull-time position.8am - 4pm, but hours may vary.Must be able to work weekends and holidays.Minimum one-year commitment required*.*A minimum one-year commitment is required.
