achinist B1 (Manual CNC) - 1st Shift Pay: $26-$28 per hour (DOE) Shift: 1st Shift Experience Required: 3+ Years Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Machinist B1 with a strong background in manual CNC machining. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on machinist experience, including machine setup, operation, and the ability to manage multiple machines simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Prepare and set up manual CNC machines for production runs Operate a group of 3 or more machines at one time Read and interpret blueprints accurately (required) Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments as needed Inspect finished products to ensure specifications and tolerances are met Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of machinist experience Experience with manual CNC machining Strong blueprint reading skills (required) Ability to operate and manage multiple machines simultaneously Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay: $26-$28 per hour (DOE) Stable 1st shift schedule Opportunity to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
