Kumho TireJob Title: Office Worker - Receiving / Inventory AdministrationDepartment: ReceivingPosition SummaryThe Inventory Administrator is responsible for supporting inventory, inbound and outbound material management, and related administrative functions. This role ensures accurate tracking of raw materials, equipment, and spare parts while maintaining compliance with audit and inventory control standards. The position requires strong documentation skills, bilingual communication (English/Korean), and close coordination with internal teams, external warehouses, and Korean headquarters.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Receiving ManagementManage inventory for raw materials, equipment materials, and spare inbound and outbound transactions for raw materials and accurate inventory records and reconcile daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end inventory closing ventory Closing & Audit SupportPrepare inventory status reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual to internal and external audit requests, including:Cost/Management (C/M) auditsIATF auditsInternal accounting auditsPrepare and organize inventory-related documentation to ensure audit readiness.Expired Product & Retest ManagementTrack expired or expiring materials and retest proposals for expired products and coordinate proper documentation for retesting and inventory adjustments.External Warehouse ManagementManage external warehouse operations, including:Contract renewalsMonthly cost review and payment coordinationInventory status monitoring and reportingCommunicate regularly with external warehouse partners to ensure inventory munication & Coordination (English/Korean)Maintain smooth communication with the Planning & Finance Team Leader regarding material-related material-related reports and documents for headquarters (in Korean).Communicate with accounting teams regarding material and inventory matters (in Korean).Coordinate with the equipment team and Korean vendors regarding material receipt, especially for the upcoming spare parts warehouse setup.Documentation & ReportingPrepare, organize, and maintain inventory-related documents and Excel extensively for inventory tracking, reporting, and all material documentation is accurate, timely, and properly archived.Required QualificationsBilingual proficiency in English and Korean (written and verbal).Strong document preparation skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.Experience in inventory management, receiving, logistics, or administrative support (manufacturing environment preferred).Understanding of inventory closing processes and audit support.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting audits (IATF, accounting, or cost audits).Experience managing or coordinating with external warehouses.Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Key CompetenciesInventory accuracy and attention to detailStrong analytical and reporting skillsClear and professional bilingual communicationTime management and multitaskingConfidentiality and audit complianceAbout Kumho Tire GeorgiaKumho Tire Georgia, part of one of the world’s largest tire manufacturers, began its U.S. manufacturing journey in 2016 in Macon, Georgia.
