Coordinatingwith clients, vendors, upper management, general contractors, subcontractors, field personnel,and the owner. Planning and managingprojects from start to finish with an understanding of allmoving parts involved, full mechanical scope, and what it takes to manage the process successfully. Managing project financials whileensuringproject is completedon schedule and under budget. Ability to mentor, manage, lead, and train. Mechanical Project Manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or construction management, preferred, not required. 5+Years’ experience as a Project Manager managing MEP Projects or Mechanical Projects. Must know how to run a job successfully, track project production, and build good relationships with clients. Experience managing mission critical and data center projects with full mechanical scope highly preferred, but experience managing healthcare, federal, or industrial projects also accepted/considered. Strong experience managing mechanical construction projects valued $20M+ with a Mechanical Contractor. Extensive experience with Process Piping, HVAC, and Plumbing. Local preferred,but open to relocation. Design/Build and IPD Project Experience, ideal. Familiarity with Lean Construction tools.
