Our artistry extends to Premier Naturals™, delivering premium naturalingredients for exceptional skin and hair care.We are in search of a Sales Support Coordinator who will be on-site at our creative center located in Hackensack NJ. This position requires a highly organized Sales Support Coordinator to support our Sales and Customer Success teams and help deliver an exceptional client experience. A highly visible, on-site role who will partner closely with Sales Executives, internal cross-functional teams, and key customer accounts to ensure projects are executed accurately and efficiently.Enter and manage projects accurately in internal systems (ProCis, Salesforce)Support Sales Executives with account coordination, communication, and follow-upParticipate in client meetings and track action itemsServe as liaison between Sales, Customer Success, and internal teams (Creative, Technical, Evaluation, Sensory, Perfumers)Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionallyProvide backup support for customer service functions, including order entry, order status updates, and invoicing assistanceCoordinate briefs, timelines, samples, and internal deliverables to keep projects on schedulePrepare sales reports and data in Excel to support account visibility and performanceAssist with scheduling, visitor agendas, and client presentation preparationProvide coverage for Sales Team members during absences.Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferredSpanish fluency strongly preferred (supporting LATAM accounts)2+ years of experience in sales support, customer success, project coordination, or similar roleStrong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple systemsHighly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and internal teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused with strong follow-throughPosition Salary:$55k-$60kEffective 06/1/2025 NJ passed a Pay Transparency Law which requires NJ based hiring to include a compensation range on each job posting.
