What You Will Do u2022 Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customer inquiries. u2022 Communicate with customers to capture feedback and enhance the in-home delivery experience. u2022 Proactively manage and resolve customer issues, including escalations and Executive Care cases. u2022 Monitor and work alerts, queues, and cases through case/order management systems. u2022 Manage u201cSave the Sale opportunities to recover potential lost revenue. u2022 Process customer order changes and special order tracking (SOS). u2022 Collaborate with stores, vendors and distribution centers to ensure inventory integrity and on-time deliveries. u2022 Utilize multiple systems to maintain accurate documentation, including order updates and delivery reschedules. u2022 Coordinate with 3PL (third-party logistics) partners to resolve customer and cargo-related claims. u2022 Input and manage claims (e.g., property damage) into Loweu2019s claims portal. u2022 Ensure timely updates and resolution of claims to preserve customer trust. u2022 Communicate with Loweu2019s retail teams, supply chain nodes (e.g., RDC, BDC), store operations, and service providers. u2022 Foster strong relationships with Pro partners and vendors. u2022 Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. u2022 Exhibit strong listening, communication, and documentation skills. u2022 Use Microsoft Office and other applications effectively to support day-to-day operations. u2022 Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and customer-first mindset. Minimum Qualifications u2022 1-2 Years in customer service or support roles u2022 Ability to read, write, and perform basic math skills u2022 Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Work Experience u2022 Experience with Inventory, processing returns and communicating with vendors u2022 Exposure to logistics or home delivery operations Pay Range: $20.30 - $24.75 per hour Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
