Job Title: Manufacturing Associate Job Description Join our team as a Manufacturing Associate where you will play a crucial role in assembling test kits, including urine, blood, combo, and flu test kits. You will engage in a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive production and batching to assembly, machine operation, and quality inspection. Responsibilities + Assemble various test kits including urine, blood, combo, and flu test kits. + Perform repetitive production tasks and batching. + Operate machinery and ensure proper functioning. + Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards. Essential Skills + Reliability in attendance and performance. + Ability to read, write, and speak English; ESL is acceptable with reading and writing proficiency. + Willingness to cross-train in different areas such as assembly, machine operation, and quality departments. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Three months of manufacturing experience is preferred. + Experience in quality control is a significant advantage. + Comfortable wearing a hair net in the cleanroom environment. Shifts include First Shift from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and Second Shift from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. The position includes an unpaid lunch and one 15-minute paid break. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Hartford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.96 - $18.46/hr.
