The ideal candidate is a strong critical thinker who takes ownership of their work, demonstrates accountability, and can manage competing priorities with minimal oversight. Responsibilities + Serve as the primary clinical support for providers in a busy OB/GYN practice. + Perform patient triaging, assess symptoms, and determine appropriate next steps. + Manage insurance authorizations, referrals, and related clinical documentation. + Coordinate patient care and ensure timely follow-up. + Support daily clinical workflows and assist with problem-solving as issues arise. + Maintain accurate and compliant patient records. + Act as a reliable point of contact for both patients and internal staff. Essential Skills + Active RN or LPN license in the state of Connecticut. + 4-5 years of RN experience. + Prior experience in a clinical practice setting, preferably in OB/GYN. + Strong critical thinking, organizational, and decision-making skills. + Ability to handle high patient volume and time-sensitive tasks. + High level of professionalism, responsibility, and initiative. Additional Skills & Qualifications + BSN degree preferred. + Experience in a specialty area such as OB/GYN is highly desirable.
