Job Description SUMMARY Analyzes supply chain processes and recommends applicable adjustments for efficiency and inventory reduction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develops strategies for improving inventory, delivery, or customer services. Handles invoicing, electronic bills, and shipment tracking. Creates and maintains logistical databases and networks. Gathers, interprets, and uses complex data to develop processes and procedures that will optimize supply chain processes and results. Maintains regular and punctual attendance. Performs other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None. Job Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Four(4) years of related experience required. Bachelor's degree required. Experience in logistic planning and execution of materials and resources. Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Excellent oral and written communications skills. Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision, be exceedingly well organized, flexible. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Ability to multi-task. Demonstrated ability to perform diverse duties under operating and deadline constraints. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality. WORK SCHEDULE Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project. TRAVEL None. DRIVING REQUIREMENTS None. WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting, including the normal office equipment (e.g., computer, fax machines, copier) and with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing; occasional walking or standing, occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
